5th Sunday - May 29th, 9am-2pm Meeting the needs of those in the community [Matthew 25 and Isaiah 58] There are 4 months throughout the year that have 5 Sundays. We’re going to take those 4 Sundays and give ourselves an opportunity to serve and go out into the community. This month, we’re going to partner with NeighborLink and mow yards for elderly and disabled people who have Code Enforcement violations (their grass is too long and they’ll be fined and have to pay someone to mow it if it doesn’t get done). We don’t have all of the details yet but either join the Facebook event or email me at

for more details as they come. We'll need rakes, trash bags, mowers, transportation and people to get these jobs done! Let me know if you can make it! |

twenty9words. That's who we are. We want to be a place that empowers teens to live a Christ-like lifestyle and become a passionate generation that engages in this community as part of that lifestyle. We don't have youth group and we don't really have Sunday school. Instead, we're focusing on building teams of youth that are passionate about the same ways to reach into the community for Christ. As the verse says, our desire is to empower youth to live lives of faith, hope and love which is seen through the fruit of work, labor and endurance. |
